GOTT: This track is designed to build both physical and mental strength, challenging balance, stability, and focus. Using the B-BOARD® flipped over, the rounded side adds a new dimension to your practice, engaging stabilizers and core like never before.
Part one begins with Slow Squats and Chair Pose to target the lower body and awaken strength. Step off the board into Warrior 2, placing one foot on the rounded board for added balance challenge while opening the hips. Leg Abductions on top of the board activate glutes and inner thighs while strengthening the core. Flow into Reverse Warrior to deepen the stretch through the sides of the body, opening the chest and enhancing upper body mobility.
In part two, increase intensity: deepen squats and Chair Pose, and for Leg Abductions, encourage participants to close their eyes for an extra balance challenge.
The third part focuses on upper body strength with Slow Push-ups, emphasizing controlled movement to increase muscle tension, protect the joints, and engage the core. The final combinations are performed with greater depth and focus, leaving participants stronger, centered, and empowered.
