BREATHE #1
Welcome to BREATHE 1, the yoga-inspired B-BOARD® class designed to awaken the body, strengthen the core, and restore balance from head to toe. This session guides participants through a mindful journey, combining breath, movement, and board-based challenges to improve mobility, stability, and body awareness.
We begin with gentle warm-up and breathing techniques, opening the upper body and shoulders while connecting to the breath. The class flows through sequences targeting core strength, back mobility, and hip flexibility, gradually increasing intensity while maintaining alignment and breath awareness. Participants will explore balance and stability, using both flat and flipped board positions, integrating dynamic movements, slow strength work, and mindful stretches.
Throughout the class, attention is given to safe board usage, mindful transitions, and deepening stretches for the hamstrings, quads, and side body. Mental focus and body-mind connection are emphasized in every track, helping participants engage both physically and mentally.
We conclude with restorative sequences, including lower body relaxation, core-driven movements, and Savasana, allowing the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. BREATHE 1 is a complete, flowing class that strengthens, stretches, and restores, leaving participants grounded, centered, and energized.

Lesson 01: Breathe
Welcome to the beginning of your BREATHE journey. In this first track, we ease into movement with intention, focusing on breath and upper body mobility.

Lesson 02: Awaken
We begin in a comfortable lotus position, hands in prayer, centering the mind and connecting with the breath — inhaling through the nose, exhaling through the mouth.

Lesson 03: Stabilize
In this track, we focus on building strength and mobility through the core and back.

Lesson 04: Heat
This track focuses on releasing tension through the posterior chain — the back, shoulders, and legs — while maintaining strong core engagement.

Lesson 05: Expand
In this track, the focus is on strengthening the quads while lengthening the hamstrings and side body.

Lesson 06: Fluidity
This track is all about connecting with your B-BOARD®, exploring how to mount, move, and step off safely while engaging the body and mind.

Lesson 07: Sunrise
This track focuses on enhancing back mobility and promoting fluid, mindful movement through a standing flow.

Lesson 08: Warrior
This track is designed to build both physical and mental strength, challenging balance, stability, and focus. Using the B-BOARD® flipped over, the rounded side adds a new dimension to your practice.

Lesson 09: Balance
This track is designed to challenge and enhance balance while maintaining core engagement and breath awareness.

This track is designed to help participants reconnect body and mind, deepening awareness through breath, alignment, and movement.

This track focuses on opening the hips, improving back mobility, and engaging the core through mindful postures.

This track is designed to release tension in the lower body while strengthening and engaging key muscle groups.

Lesson 13: Savasana
Savasana, often called the “final relaxation pose,” is a restorative practice that allows the body and mind to fully integrate the benefits of the class. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports recovery.
