FAQs

  • No, Eric brings the B-BOARD® to your session. If you’d like your own board, you can purchase one and also access on-demand videos to train at home.

  • Everyone! Sessions are designed for all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Exercises are tailored to your abilities.

  • Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes or socks (some exercises are done barefoot). Bring a water bottle and towel if you like.

  • When you buy a 5- or 10-session package, your sessions are prepaid and can be scheduled at your convenience. Credits are automatically tracked in Acuity, so you’ll know how many sessions remain.

  • Each personal training session is 45 minutes.

  • B-BOARD® personal training sessions are offered in West LA and South Bay. However, Eric also offers online personal training sessions from the comfort of your home. You can purchase the board and start training online with Eric.

  • Yes! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. You can reschedule directly in Acuity or contact Eric.

  • Absolutely. The wobbling surface of the B-BOARD® increases workout intensity, activating deeper muscles and improving balance, strength, and posture in every session.
