GOTT: This track is all about connecting with your B-BOARD®, exploring how to mount, move, and step off safely while engaging the body and mind. We begin with gentle Rocking to awaken the lower body and raise the heart rate, tuning in to the subtle movements of the board. Step off and back on mindfully, incorporating Atlas for a deep side stretch and Curtsy Lunges to engage glutes and inner thighs. Finish part one with a Sun Salutation Preparation, preparing for flowing movement.
In part two, repeat the off-board sequence, alternating sides with Atlas and Curtsy Lunge, then return to the board for another Sun Salutation Preparation, deepening awareness and fluidity.
Part three introduces Alternate Rocking with a 1-1-2 rhythm to enhance coordination and balance. Flow into Sun Salutation Preparation, then step off the board to expand each pose fully — Atlas and Curtsy Lunge — feeling strength, control, and connection with every movement.
