GOTT: Welcome to the beginning of your BREATHE journey. In this first track, we ease into movement with intention, focusing on breath and upper body mobility. Each sequence invites you to open the shoulders, chest, and spine while finding your rhythm on the board. Inhale deeply through the nose to create space, and exhale through the mouth to release tension. With every round, aim to expand your range of motion a little more, letting your breath guide the movement. This warm-up sets the tone for the class — grounding, mindful, and connected — preparing both body and mind for what’s to come.
