GOTT: This track is designed to challenge and enhance balance while maintaining core engagement and breath awareness. With the B-BOARD® flipped over, begin by keeping the chest lifted and stabilizing the core as you move into balance-focused exercises. Keep the toes lightly lowered on the board for regression if needed. Transition into Arm Extensions, lowering with control, and then flow into Twisted Chair Pose on top of the round part of the board. The subtle wobble increases balance demand, so encourage participants to sink as low as possible while staying stable and grounded.

In part two, repeat the sequence, aiming to deepen each pose while maintaining breath and core control.

Part three moves off the board into a Straddle Goddess Squat, opening the chest, engaging the back, and activating quads and glutes. Ensure knees track over toes for joint safety. Progress into a dynamic variation, reaching side to side to engage and lengthen the obliques. Conclude with a final Twisted Chair Pose on the board, integrating balance, strength, and focus for a strong, centered finish.
