Offer stillness and space. Let the final moments be a silent meditation on gratitude and balance.

The journey closes here—in stillness, surrender, and peace. Savasana invites participants to let go completely, allowing body and water to merge into one movement of quiet. Encourage deep, effortless breathing and a full sense of release.

GOTT: Savasana integrates every layer of the practice—body, mind, and energy. Floating in stillness, participants experience the subtle dance between breath and water, feeling supported yet limitless. This final rest allows the nervous system to reset, muscles to absorb the benefits of movement, and the mind to settle into peace. The practice ends in gentle unity, where effort dissolves into presence and all that remains is calm.

  • Lie back, soles together, knees open.

Cue: “Let gravity take over—no resistance, only release.”

  • Gentle lateral reach through fingertips, stretching from waist to wrist.

  • Extend legs to the sky, roll ankles, restoring balance and circulation.

  • Arms wide, eyes closed. Board and breath move as one.
