Meant To Be - Bebe Rexha, Florida Georgia Line - 2’44

Help the class find stability through grounding. Remind them — every wobble is part of the practice.

Participants shift energy downward, rooting into their foundation. Each movement cultivates trust in the legs and awareness of connection through the feet and hips. Encourage softness in transitions, reminding them that balance grows from mindful grounding, not tension.

GOTT: Strengthens the foundation — legs, hips, and feet — while nurturing awareness of balance and grounding. The controlled squats train patience, and the pulses build endurance through grace. Participants begin to sense the dance between power and stillness: effort that remains fluid, grounded energy that moves freely.

  • Inhale long spine; exhale to fold forward. Slowly roll up to standing.

  • Inhale arms high, exhale side bend, maintaining strong grounding through feet.

  • Slow, controlled squats progressing into triple pulses.

Cue: “Feel the water shift beneath you—stay strong through your center.”

  • Repeat sequence twice for depth and control.
