Rise - Katy Perry - 3’23
Invite stillness and surrender. Encourage participants to release control and trust the support of the board and the water.
Now the energy shifts from fire to release. This track invites participants to open their hips—the emotional and physical center of grounding. Movements flow slowly, encouraging surrender and stillness. The goal is to let tension dissolve through exhalation, creating space for softness and renewal.
GOTT: This track restores fluidity in the hips and lower back, releasing layers of held tension through mindful movement. The slow tempo promotes calm breathing and encourages participants to soften into discomfort with compassion. By opening the hips, energy flows freely through the spine, creating emotional clarity and a sense of grounded lightness. It’s a deep exhale for the entire practice—preparing the body for rest and integration.
