Follow these steps to properly inflate your B-BOARD®:
1. Unfold the Board:
Place your B-BOARD® on a flat surface, free of sharp objects.
2. Prepare the Top Valve:
Open the top valve.
Make sure the button is in the TOP position (up).
Connect the hose to the pump (INFLATE) connector and then attach the hose to the valve (push and turn clockwise).
3. Inflate the Top Part:
Inflate the board (red or black cap inserted > double speed) until you reach the correct pressure:
Minimum: 15 PSI
Maximum: 25 PSI
4. Disconnect the Hose
Once inflated, disconnect the hose (turning it counter-clockwise) from the top valve and close it securely.
5. Prepare the Bottom Valve
Flip your board over.
Open the bottom valve and connect the hose of the pump.
6. Inflate the Bottom Part
Start with 15 pumps with the red or black cap inserted (double speed)
If the workout feels too easy, add more air to increase instability (up to 25 pumps maximum).
Do not over-inflate the bottom part.
You can fine-tune the pressure by pushing down on the button.
