Follow these steps to safely get on & off your B-BOARD®:

If you’re not feeling comfortable starting on the top side of the board, don’t worry—you can simply flip it over and begin your first session on the bottom side. This position will give you more stability and allow you to get used to the movements at your own pace. As you gain confidence and balance, you’ll be ready to practice on the top side of the board. At that stage, you can also deflate the bottom section to make the workout more accessible and progress step by step toward the full experience.
