AQUA STAND UP® is an aquatic fitness program inspired by paddleboarding, performed on a floating board in the pool. It’s a safe, low-impact workout designed for aquatic centers, YMCAs, JCCs, recreation facilities, and even private home swimming pools.

B-BOARD® is a portable balance board fitness program that recreates the paddleboarding experience on land. It can be used in gyms, studios, at events, or for home training with on-demand video workouts.
